These pics show my 73 year old mother apparently (and actually) enjoying herself in my car. Of course, having been stuck in there for a day or so, the sense of relief would be overwhelming.

Is this a record?
I think I used to own that car…my God is she still in the car. I sold it with the lady as an optional extra.Couldn’t get her out you see and I was left her by the first owner. She is looking much healther than when I looked after her. Well done.
LOL!
She looked sooooo much happier before she got in!

Had my 82 year old grandpa out for a spin, he loved it though I was a bit worried he may break a hip, but I have to say he carried off the embarking and disembarking with dignity and his heart held out darting around country roads. Don’t know if my mum would have forgiven me if he had kicked the bucket.
I think you will find that Pesky himself holds the record

Mr Lane quietly surfaces again
How’s it going Mr Lane? We have not heard from you for a while. How’s that car of yours?
The car is fine - just got a new MOT…
I still have outstanding jobs on it mind, e.g. fixing the motorsport cover on properly (not been right since I drove down the Craner Curves with it only done up on two of the four fasteners) and fixing the front services cover on properly (god knows why it happens to me, unless it is the pure speed of the car, eh??)
It is nice to be back
Just back from a 400 mile round trip to visit and celebrate the holiday with my grandparents. Had to give them a go in the Exige, topped off by a bit of fun in a large asphalt lot. All smiles before the ride - funny, she enjoyed a bit of throttle steering while doing some tight figure eights although his color was considerably greener on exiting the car.
Of course we had to use the harnesses to get the full effect.
