Has anyone tried the Sector 111 solution? Simple solution!

Not convinced it would be very good and the rad doesn’t sit in any free air, it just bolts underneath the engine 
Does anyone have any idea of the best place and price to get a Laminova cooler from and the exact bits and bobs I need?
