Was working on the car this weekend and noticed that I have a new hole in my Right-hand front wheel liner. The oil cooler line has also been eaten away at a tiny bit.
Obviously, I need to relocate these lines or secure them higher within the well - any tips on where to secure these so they are not in danger of being wore thin?
Thanks

Had the same problem with mine, - simply made up a bracket to hold them higher and secured that to some part of the crash structure
Similar to what SeanB has done on this thread
Here
Also there is a “new” liner for that side with a deeper flat cutout - mine did not have that fitted and this give another 1/2 inch of space
Best to relocate them towards the inside of the car, close to where the tyre inflation aerosol is fixed…

That is where I have re-mounted the retaining hooks for my oil lines.

Agreed - that’s what I did…
Mine are the new braided shrinkwrapped ones from Think, BTW - much lighter than the originals…

Thanks Mike - I was interested in seeing what you meant by shink wrapped…but can’t see on the link…
Basically you first catch yourself a couple of shinks…
