I was keen to find out if anyone out there had fitted an oil cooler on their car from a 340R to help keep the oil consumption down and make the engine less stressed on track days.Anyone got any idea?Mike

MikeYou’re not the first [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image] Quite a few times looking at various boards, I’ve begun to question my understanding of whether the Exige has an oil cooler or not.It is confirmed by the service manual and the fact that if you wear down the o/s front wheel liners you expose the f/r pipes to the cooler and need to take remedial measures to prevent wearing away the oil cooler pipes.Davidps didn’t know this until I asked the wife [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif[/image]
