The same as on GavT3 but with the 2pots on the rear instead of 4 pot BBK kit. 315mm all round, floating on the front, solid bells on the rear.

I had the kit here but wasn’t going to fit it to start with and just keep it boggo (something for later).

However, I had to change the cars wiring loom for the later DBW type so that i could run all the latest Lotus codes with the s/c set up and there were a few little issues with fitting the new dbw pedal into the old pedal box.

The car was in as many bits as I ever want to see it again and the pilbeam pedal box was on the shelf ready to drop straight in with the throttle pedal already accounted for (i say drop in, i mean as easy as it would have ever been) so on it went. Its cleared my shelf to be honest as it would have just sat there doing nothing also.

v6 chassis but not necessarily a v6 engine. thinking the audi 4.2 NA v8 would just about fit.

That would be awesome, like a modern day Esthi but instead of a B5 RS4 twin-turbo V6 chuck a B7 RS4 NA V8 in it

Cool, those look like AP 5000+ front callipers though? If so, Assume some kinda adaptor to handle offset and 152mm spacing?

no the all black spilt spoke forged, sorry forgot the 240’s are forged also.

Only have one set of them where as I have 2 of the others and need to run wets and drys. They do suit the car though and show the disc/caliper off nicely.

Yes, Ap 5000 Tim with adapter bracket, the calipers have also been machined to mate with the brackets.

You should be a consultant to Lotus producing Motorsport derived special editions. Forget the Roger Becker edition I’d take the Gav Edition, always purposeful and well-judged

It’s a good job Lotus finally got there act together and started delivering some V6 Exiges. or Gav would have been producing more cars than them this time a few months back…

If you think 2013 was a lean year for new Loti you should’ve tried ordering one in 2012 just as DB got the boot
