I might have one. I will go and have a dig about in the back of my garage. I think my Forge IC came with one and i have tried the 211 shroud on it recently so by laws of deduction there must be a shroud somewhere. 
You’r in luck pal i have one, it is the forge one but i have just held it up against the one on my car and it looks exactly the same.
PM your details and i will post it out to you. Might have to wait until the weekend though before i can post it.

Hi TC did you manage to get the shroud in the post?
I want to get started on my cold feed from the side pods and need to start with the shroud conversion first.
