Numberplate mount - group buy - anyone interested?

Hi folks,

Since I bought my car, the front number plate bracket wore through and fell off. I am guessing I am not the only one in this position.

Thanks to a kind Scottish Eliser, I have been given a mount he had made up a few years back specifically for smaller plates (but it would do biggger plates too) and thought others may be interested if I got a few made up?

I wouldnt be doing it for profit so i guess they would be about a tenner each incl postage.

what material are you thinking of using?

Should be a market for this as I can’t make out how the eliseparts one would fit an S1? The bolt pattern seems wrong.

Eliseparts one is for Elise not Exige. Like I said, just doing it to help the community of exigers out

The one I have is made of aluminium. It probably weighs abou the same as a ruler (first thing to hand on my desk… )

Keep the names coming if you are interested - first (and probably only) run of the “jke11ys copied from someone elses design” plate mounts.

Drawing is off to the guy now so will firm up the price incl post in the next couple of days.

Price will b kept to a minimum no profit, as I have saved a lot of cash over the years from help from other people in Lotus land so doing this to help others .
