One of my friends is going to organise a novice trackday for women only, it will probably be 3 sessions spread over a morning or afternoon at Brands around November. He is doing this for no profit just to try and get some novice time for his wife, he had tried to get her out on a novice day only to find everyone one else didn’t seem to be novices. There will be instruction available
I have already got my other half down for this as she wants to drive the Exige on track and I could not think of a better way to give her the chance.

a) what if she’s faster that you ?
b) what if she really likes it and wants to attend all your track days and share the driving ?

needless to say Mrs McL will not be attending 
I agree on all points, however
a) No chance I’m faster than JB 
b) She is already a petrol head and wants an Evora (she drove one at Castle last weekend) so she can damn well pay for her own
c) All her sessions are going to be with an instructor (no way I’d trust her with the car otherwise )
