…ahhh a reminder that you’ve spent 15 years spending money mod’ing cars with no end in sight…any news on those JDM cams 
I need parts numbers confirmed ! There are so many different ones its a minefield … Im back in Japan week after next so the quest is hotting up !
I’ve got a Mini sat in the garage not quite finished yet. Spent bout �17k on it so far.
1275 GT, one peice steel flip front, full safety devices cage, was stripped to a bare sheel, sand blasted etc and then built up from new. Theres hardly a single bit i reused. Its all new, new bearings, bushes, brake lines, even fasteners. Has a beam back axle instead of a subframe, alluminium alloy 4 pot callipers on the front, engine rebuilt with all new pumps, timing gear, pistons etc, same with gearbox, new clutch and light flywheel and a quaife LSD. Playmini exhaust and manifold with carbon fibre back box and iv yet to hear the bloody thing start. 
Think all it needs is a new distributor and the wirring done and its a driveable car. Would just need some finishing touches then, finish spraying it, and bolt all the little bits back on, put windows in etc. Must get round to it.
