Non Lotus Wheel Question

Can someone explain wheel sizes to me please. I am trying to get a set for trackday and I dont understand all the values. So I have for my other car (not lotus) -

5x108 8J 18" ET 66

I think the ‘5’ is studs, ‘108’ is stud diameter in mm, ‘8J’ is width in inches and ‘18’ is the diameter in inches. What is ‘ET 66’ ? Is it the offset and is that fixed or can I go a certain percent either way or something ?

Really good thanks. So even if I find wheels that match perfectly I still have to check the spigot and get that right. I think I will stick with OEM (and pay too much) :O(
