Hi all I have now owned my 2008 exige s for 4 month and now that I have a bit of time on my hands I am looking at doing mods, so I am looking to be pointed in the right direction of easy mods I can do like Induction (air box mods) any advice at all will help me a lot so please feel free to right as much as possible. I live in the north east of england and am wondering if there are any lotus tuning companies up here? I am also looking for carbon fibre exterior parts like side scoops, wing mirrors, splitter, spoilers and can anyone tell me why my centre console does not have a traction control button?

Are you looking to increase power or noise or lap time ?
In each case there will be differing routes to go down …
Hope that makes sense ?? Etc a TRD airbox will do sfa for power but will sound like adding loads of distortion ! (Guitar ref) …
…if you’re after lap times ,then lighter weight/power will be a route …
Etc.etc …if reliability is your bag ,then again a different approach etc…

Its an exige s 220. I use the car on the road and the odd track day, Im not looking for a lot of power just basic mods, looking to gain around 20bhp I think the exhaust is an after market one which the previous owner had done, I could be wrong but it is very loud! Im looking to buy the new shape spoiler also which, what are peoples opinions on the new spoiler and does it do a better job than the earlier shape spoiler?
Same downforce but with less drag.
The 260 upgrade is a great mod btw.
Depending on where you live either the Chris Neil’s 260 upgrade or the Essex autosport gotham is an ice power hike to ~260hp each for similar money
How much is the 260 upgrade? I have already got exhaust and air filter.
