Long time lurker here, I previously had a K20 Track car that I had planned to race but couldn’t really find where it would fit;
So when I made arragements to hire a race car, I felt I’d get more use out of a road going car so when an offer came up to swap for a nice Exige came up, it felt like a decent option.
I’ve only done about 30 miles in it so far, but I’m loving how civilised it is. I could comfortably daily this!
The car seems solid. I just have a few bits to attend to;
- Replace rear grilles with correct ones seller is sending
- Find a track friendly exhaust
- A more agressive geo
- Find an issue with the door switches not working
Then hopefully I can look forward to some nice weekend drives and driving to a few trackdays without messing about with a trailer!
