I’m asking!
be patient
Maddog, you said you were doing a complete roof. Will you also do an add-on scoop like the one pictured?
Obviously, a complete roof is the perfect solution, but it seems likely to be much more expensive, and it would be difficult to make the windows seals fit as perfectly as the original.
Unless you can do a fantastic job in terms of both quality AND price, I suppose I’d be more likely to buy an add-on scoop. Ideally, it would be designed so it can be blended into the original roof perfectly. The one pictured looks like an afterthought because of the flanges on the sides where it’s stuck on. It would look better (but be harder to make) if the flanges were on the inside of the scoop.
And you KNOW I’m first on the list for the new roof with a proper scoop for my intercooler!!!

alternatively, if you could give me your roof for a week or so I could get it moulded on and blended in, after all we do live in the same county
