Yep fitted, fettled, removed, fettled, painted, fettled some more, refitted and finished. BSK-Reverie Engine Lid, CF saving 6KG. As you can tell a charge cooler is what is most at home with it but hey…I’ll keep my options open maybe thinking ahead

Yep, not bad for a tosser!
Very nice, mate!
Tar guys I appeciate it… Thx
really nice, be good when a big meet up happens and we get to see it for really, btw what are the two extra fuel intakes for on the pass side for?
lol mate i think u will find they are fuel cut off and engine cut out… i could be wrong,
Jonny looks amazing
did u have to do much work to get it to fit?
They are external switches for the fire extinguisher and battery isolator…and sticky fingers love’em
Quite straight forword I guess unscrew the support at the base (I’m yet to sort an alternative btw) and remove the bolts attaching the old lid to the Ali hinges. The new lid lines straight up with those hinges so no problem there. The bottom is secured with 2 brackets bolted through the boot and quarter turn clips riveted to the lid. The only real issue is lining the clips up with the brackets.
My lid was the prototype supplied to Reverie by BSK so it had been used as a pattern. The lacquer was cracked in places so I had to paint it but to be honest was always going to. The paint shop only required the new and old lid to paint match so the car stayed where it was. The bottom slat is wrapped in black vinyl as it was a bit of a mess. The fit is better than some oem Ive seen.
Cool man!!!
Excellent Jonny.
Dare I suggest it has a bit of a ‘back to the future’ look to it… Doc
I’m only jealous, the original item weighs a ton, this is a good mod.
