Pesky, to be honest I did put a “normal” wheel back on and took it off after a short drive. I had gottin so use to the harder edges of the Sparco wheel fitting so positivly into my hand that I feel more secure with it… Hell I’ve had the wheel on for four years if anything stupid happens it won’t be the wheels fault… 
Second gear is good for 80 mph third 124 mph in the E153 gearbox… Tall gears and torque make a much better Exige… Who the hell wants to take a hand off the wheel on those rough roads at speed…
I have been talkin to these guys about a paddle shifter for the Lotus gearbox. They say it “should work” but I’d have to buy it to try it…
The bits cost $400 more than the box alone, they did offer me a job as a sales rep … Who would believe me if I said it worked … so far everyone calls my car over weight and slow with a compound charger system that will never work… 5.1 sec. 0-120 mph…
