Can anyone give me decent starting point settings for my ohlins 2 way dampers set with the upgraded springs and valves (80/105 Nm) please.
As they stand I’ve got different settings on each side - only slightly - last one to fiddle with my knobs was Speedfreak at Spa in the summer…not driven it much since then and I’ll be at Silverstone on Sun and it looks wet…

Is that table not for the standard ohlins ? Mine have the upgraded springs / valves…

The table will be standard springs - I’d use it as a guide and go a couple of clicks softer to compensate

Matt, I’ve tried a similar spring/ valve setup on my Ohlins. As jonny has more experience than me with knob fiddling I asked him to take a look at mine. I used his recommended track settings (Donnington) for standard Ohlins and they were very good.
I didn’t bother with any more fiddling as it was distracting me from driving.
However as suggested, Gav has a lot more knowledge on setups
