before i do here is a list of the stuff i have already replaced…
all ball joints, all wishbone bushes for nylatron, new adjustable anti roll bar inc bushes.
now i know there is a steerin bush
then can u give me a full list of anythin else which i can replace for new? ie toe links etc… thanks. andy.

Check the steering rack gaiters carefully. I found a split one and a twisted on last weekend.
Everything that moves or turns will have a bush or bearing, so a good check of all of those will show you what needs replacing.
The steering column can have play in it, this is usually worn UJ’s on the column. There are two of them. One on the bottom onto the rack and one where the column disapears into the underside of the dash. The top one is a bastard to get to, but it is also usually the one that is worn.
Your best bet on these though is firstly to check they are tight as they can simply come loose.
