Nearside rear wheel arch liner required

Hi Guys,

I’m sorry to post this here, but me and my car were involved in a collision last Saturday and there’s been a bit of damage to the nearside of the Exige. To say I’m crestfallen is an understatement, especially after 7 years of careful ownership and it literally just having come from a specialist having a full engine service. The accident wasn’t my fault, another car changing lanes into my passenger door.
Amongst the list of damage was the rear toe link which (thankfully) sheared, but the free movement of the wheel has split and scored the rear wheel arch liner. It’s pre accident condition was very good, with no damage, scraped or perforations and I’m looking for something similar to replace it.
I know they’re generally made of unobtanium (!) but I wonder if anyone has one lurking in a dark corner of their garage and would be willing to sell it to me?
Like I say, I’m sorry to ask in the S1 section and not sales/wants but the car will be off to the body shop soon and I’d like to give them some help. Having my car back in it’s correct condition really is important to me, so I’m really keeping everything crossed that one of you may be able to help.

Kind Regards
Kurt Barker

I think I have a second hand one, not perfect, I need to find it from behind the shed in the garden. I’m not sure which side it is, probably driver’s as the other side gets scrubbed out on track.

Check the sjs ones, they say they fit th3 Elise and Exige, I would expect them to be different. Deroure have different part numbers.

Sorry about the car, I would be gutted but it is only a car.

Really sorry to hear that Kurt, I really am buddy. The SJS fronts fit perfectly, haven’t put the rears on yet.

Sooo sorry to hear Kurt - don’t think I have a rear wheel arch liner - but will check

Do have some OEM toelinks if you need 'em

I feel your pain matey…

Chin up - smile and be happy things could be worse, so I smiled and was happy and things did get worse

Get well soon Kurt’s Exige

Thank you for your knowledge chaps, I’ll point the body shop in the direction of SJS initially, and if that draws a blank I’ll direct them to this thread.

I love this forum for this very reason, you are fonts of knowledge.

All the best and thank you again.
Kurt
