we can tell you’re a newbie, I believe in praising the dealers but if you have a problem with a dealer sort it out with them first, most of them are good at fixing mistakes. this is not a slagging off forum
very much agree but if the plaintiff gives the defendant every opportunity to put things right… in private… and that doesn’t work… then isn’t a bit of name and shame what the interweb is actually for
