Comments : Paintwork is in excellent condition, interior is immaculate, car really does have to be seen, first serious viewer really will buy. The car has driven faultlessly during my ownership with only routine maintenance being required. No accidents of any kind. I’m not mechanically minded, hence maintenance in between servicing has been completed by a close friend who currently works for ariel motor co. He’s kindly agreed to answer any particulary technically questions should anyone have them. FWIW, I flew us both to scotland from the south coast in an effort to get this car and we drove the 360 miles back. Seats are comfy.

Reason for sale : I want the money. Also I want to plant some perennial borders and Haskins is eyewateringly expensive. Not to mention, 2 children, and the better half wanting a nice car for her for a change and me running out excuses given my previous esprit ownership/expenditure, has generally forced my hand

That does look very nice indeed.

PM sent Dan.

Yeah that looks in great condition

Very nice indeed!!!

Shame you have to sell Dan, she does look mint! Nice to see what Titanium looks like without stonechips and track rubber

That looks cracking

Can I ask what you’ve done to the rear clam edges on the sills? Looks really, really tidy, but the pics aren’t clear as to what you’ve done??

And advertising with “no offers” is never a great idea, I’d but putting it up for 25,999 ono - TBH I doubt you’d have any problems getting that price either…

Hi All

Thanks for the positive comments, very kind. Yes, shame to have to sell, but I said that when I sold the elise and then again when I sold the Esprit  Won’t be the last lotus I own I can assure you.

The car is such a good example. I’ve forgotten to post pics of the engine bay so will get some up this weekend, needless to say it’s also very clean.

In answer to your question Matt, If it’s what I think you mean with respect to ‘rear clam edges on the sills’ , then it’s just a very neat rubber strip. I’ll get a close up shot when I get a chance.

Dan.

Am taking deposit on the car tonight and so subject to final payment the car is now SOLD.

Thanks

Dan

Car still for sale. The potential purchaser has been unable to secure the figure they wanted for their car so subsequently mine is still for sale.

What a stunning looking car. The twin of my own (except mine has the blue interior, not the red. Sorry to hear it fell through, but I imagine at that price, spec and condition, you’ll have NO trouble finding another buyer in short order.

Thanks, I remember reading your thread on the refresh of your car some time ago, it’s also a beauty
