My power run: 238.9 BHP@8000 & 174.8 lb/ft@5750

Hi to all !

I’ve been lurking here from years because I don’t have an Exige to post

I own a type 79 111s s1 from December 2002, and before her 10 years birthday, I’ve given to her some new parts…

Here there’s the dyno graph:

What do You think about ?

Very nice!!!

Whats the rest of the spec, what TB’s, exhaust etc etc.

Hi Sean,
the specs are these:

Scholar evo2 block
EP lightweight flywheel and billet ally pulley
Ap Clutch
Baffled sump
New MS2 head
New turbo oil pump
Steel oil pump rotor
Set of both bigger valves (32.5 and 28.3mm)
Piper 1444 cams
Piper solid followers
Piper verniers
Piper double springs
Piper steel caps
Set of 90/150mm trumpets (not used, some need these ?)
Big end bearings
Main bearings
All the big valve port, waterways, oilways
and a lot of little parts/works/secondhand parts to complete the engine.

Then an Eliseparts manifold, the big silenced crp and a Simpson exhaust, the biggest available… Dta s60 ecu, 42mm Jenvey dthtb’s matched with the head, R500 injectors, Laminova oil/water exchanger, Eliseparts prrt and a b4bpq gearbox with the quaife diff.

Someone know if the differential “eat” some bhp ?

Sounds very cool. Well done!!

Yeah the Quaife ATB diffs are bomb proof, you should have no problems.

Thank’s Sean !

I remember the first time when Your exige was orange and You made the beautiful track preparation

Ps: Remember to send to me the partlists of the Lotus Sport parts You’ve for sale! And how to pay You the dash binnacle in cf…

Cheers!

All of the parts are on Lotus Central (www.lotus-central.com) the best bet on payment is simply give us a call and pay by credit card.

Sean…

Great results Riccardo,

I have a similar engine so it shows how consistent DVAs work is!

Are your results as good as you were expecting?

Thank’s Azrael, always loved Your motorsport !

I was expecting 235 bhp, I’ve been very pleasured to see the extra 5 ponies

When I’ve started to think the engine’s specs, I’ve taken the inspiration from Mike Bees engine (in a caterham, same specs were 235bhp 3 or 4 years ago, but with a different exhaust…)
