It’s sensible to have a spare set for track days with those road illegal tyres that still have track rubber left on them!

Stick some decent treaded tyres on for winter & keep them.
Sadly I only have a single garage and the bit thats not full of car is full of kitchen units, sinks and tools so I dont really have room 
Leave em outside, they Won’t shrink if they get wet!
Put them on or in the kitchen units, Stephs kitchen is in the house
