Those figures seem quite conservative to me.
I would expect at least 270 with a manifold fitted.
maybe a hub dyno would read different figures.
Ideally, before and after runs are needed to give meaningful results.
looks a tad on the rich side too … which is quite good , but may be costing a little top end power.(see how it goes rich at 7500 and the power curve has a slight change of shape )
nice car btw … very similar to mine
it will probably lean itself out over a couple of hundred miles and get quicker tho. …enjoy
Thanks, yeah I was kinda expecting 265+, but hey it goes like stink over the 220 before. I have only done about 250 miles in it before it went on the rollers and had to clear a few error codes on the ecu for the Lambda readings, not sure if that would have helped either.
Dave from Emerald said it was on the limit for the injectors, interesting to see how it goes over the next couple of tanks of fuel.
I went from a stupidly loud Stage 3 to a ultra track friendly 2bular 8x24 GT3, which was waay to quiet, so I added the decat and the manifold and now it’s perfect
So it kinda depends what back box you have already?
Also note you will need a MIL iliminator kit to stop the Lambda having a fit and lighting up the MIL on your dash.
I have the 2ubular 8x22 oval exit thru diffuser. Standard manifold. It makes a nice note when on the power and it still does a bit of poping and banging on overrun even with the std cat. More poping and banging would be good thou but worried it would be ear shatteringly loud?
