MSV Trackday Trophy

Anyone looked/done at the MSV trackday trophy ???

http://www.trackdaytrophy.co.uk/

Looks like the next logical step on from just hooning round & showing off who’s got the biggest I/C core !!!

You can submit teams of 2 which might be fun - what do we think ? Obviously we’d all need masses of driving training - not joking this time !!!

The only issue I can see is you’d have to use a NA Rocks car as they don’t allow cars with more than 200bhp per ton !!!

I don’t think I’d want to take a lotus anywhere near that series :astonished:

~I’v got to find some way of going racing but that sounds very hairy and definitely not for ones loved Exige…

I’ve been looking at this recently and thought the same  my little N/A elise fits the bill, I need to tick the box at some point & pass my ARDS

I don’t understand why you guy’s don’t just race kart’s. Don’t get me wrong I love taking my S1 Exige out on track but in karts you can really get stuck in and at the end of the day if you bin it you just chuck in in the back of the van and go home. I think we should arange an Exiges.com karting event! 2 strokes if anyone could host it for us.

I originally agreed with the wife that I’d buy a kart for lots of reasons but fooking Exiges.Com made me buy a 260 Cup - when she finds out I’m blaming you lot !!!

Fine by me, I don’t mind taking the blame, however I also have 2 go karts in the garage so the same might well happen to you, the 125 water cooled Rotax are brilliant and very fast indeed

Karting …Done that but not Club 100 that sounds interesting.

Yep deffo up for an Exiges.com kart day…

Top tip for karting, buy a rib protector. I wasn’t laughing much after cracking mine in the last endurance race. Maybe I’m just getting a bit brittle!

That’ll be down to lack of driver training !!!

Too right! As a rally boy all that grass and gravel attracts my attention
