What I want to know is; the whole story about what they consist of and the build of the car, I.e. Special parts used along with the VIN.
I saw a central driving position car, with floor mounted AP brake peddles. I think it could of been a conversion as it had a VIN as WVTA. I will go back for a second look at the end of the month.
Centre seat cars didn’t use floor mounted pedals, just the standard top mounted pedal box, fitted centrally. They never had any type approval numbers, and the VIN was different to the road cars. Not with the right PC at the moment, but one of the chassis numbers related to motorsport build.
The guy did say that it was an Exige S1 at the start but was a bit vague. When I saw the pedal installation and the WVTA I was thinking it can’t be the Motorsport Elise. Looked like it had some great bits on it like hubs etc.
Question, what happened to the TimeAttack car in white?
The car in question is half stripped, no engine either.
