Motorsport Elise porn

Finally got my MS Elise back together after Scuffers fitted the inter-ccoler. Entered for a race next weekend.

Your tyres are bald, & what does “P” stand for?

That is all

P = Pesky. It’s a sort of tribute.

Cheers, mate

Looks sweet.

Any cabin pics?

Good luck with the race, let us know how you get on.

Looks awesome Dave !

Looks a very typical neat install !

Especially like the extended (but still stock-looking) roof scoop and the rear engine cover (the vents look better for preventing water ingress than the ones I’ve seen over here ?)

Are those parts self-made?

Gorgeous Dave, are you entering Aussie GT with it, or got something else planned?

David

Gorgeous Dave

Do you know him a lot better than the rest of us???

Same as a red X in the UK, Mr. P

Eh?

I think you mean a black X on yellow background

Yea don’t you watch Top Gear…I’m so new at this

Car looks really great Dave.

That looks pretty immaculate Dave! I especially like the lack of ride height.

If you don’t mind me asking - If it’s anything other than it being simply where the mountings on that wing were, What influenced you to re-position the wing pylons towards the centre-line?

We had the wing sitting here doing nothing. It was made for an open wheeler that my father had. That’s where the mounts were.

I’d heard you’d mount anything

Is that an offer?

Eh?

I think you mean a black X on yellow background

Been 12 years since one was ‘mounted’ on the back of mine, so the memory’s a bit faded lol

No repeat offers please - dave or pesky

Dave, track only ? That would be such a waste…Do you feel the effect from the chin splitter and how far back does it go… sweet ride dude

It is road registered Frank but the cops would hunt me down. I can always fit the road tyres for some testing which is handy.

Dunno if the splitter works yet because I only just fitted it. I’m sure it will, its quite stiff and coupled with the proper rear wing I’m expecting some real downforce at speed. It’s plywood and extends back to the front tray (basically a line between the front of the wheel arches).

Here’s an interior shot for those that like carbon

Dave I’d go nuts if I had that over here in the hills…use it well dude…

Just to jump on Daves bandwagon (is a ute more appropriate?) I just found a few old pictures of my Sport Elise after the last time the panels arrived back from the paintshop. I don’t know if the light was being really kind to the picture or if Land Rover silver always looks that good!!
