More new carbon bling

Recently I got my new carbon roof fitted so thought id gradually get rid of my carbon wrap, replacing it with real stuff.

So at Donnington on sat and I couldnt resist some Reverie extended scoops:-

after

Looking good, have you considered the carbon 2010 spoiler on flea bay? been there a while they might take an offer

Looks good!!

Hi Ade, yes keep thinking about that. Only just had my 2010 put on so may go the carbon spoiler route next year.

I think im getting a carbon splitter next.

Seriously, dude, don’t bother. They look great, but like all front splitters they are very, very easily damaged. Why not carbon wrap your existing one?

yeah I got a cheap carbon splitter (shipping damage) and I’ve fucked it on the driveway / speed bumps / trip over the grass at brands

Probably a very valid point, could just be a waste of money. My current one is already wrapped but is matt black where as the real carbon stuff i have now got is shiny, so looks a little bit odd.

Three years with a Reverie and no damage…slight scapes on the underside but nothing more.

Will be for sale later this year as will be cutting underside of clam. Can’t find the link abroad but bloody great bit of kit…

I bet if you sprayed a coat of clear lacquer over carbon wrap it would look loads more realistic … even a cheapo halfords aerosol …

Like your new avatar John.

The bigger pods are in preperation for the pipe to interwarmer mod, which is my next todo.

Most folk use their Exiges on the road too, mate, unlike you
