Car sold subject to inspection tomorrow.

Feeling very unhappy about it :frowning:

Convinced myself if I let it go I would buy a cheap S2 Elise but I really feel like calling the sale off :frowning:

Never felt like this about a car before!

Unusually the bid is from a well known dealer at my asking.

Have had a private interest this afternoon so things are moving quickly.

Yes I agree it is a bargain to an enthusiast but dealers aren’t and be to Lotus ownership don’t know till they drive.

Either way it is going tomorrow and no I won’t become a stranger.

I still have mixed feelings about selling Shrek! :open_mouth: But having him still sitting in a lonely cold garage instead of being properly used was not right either!

Perhaps dealers are struggling for new stock from Hethel. There is even a dealership in. China now.

Deposit taken by private buyer and I’ve thanked CN’s for their offer but it won’t be joining them.

Car should go this week.

I am sure I will be back in a Lotus once I have sorted my other priorities out.

Off to treat myself to a rather good lunch :slight_smile:
