Me new Exige ;)

Hey Guys. After a year “off” where I strayed to the darkside and have been driving BMWs, I have finally remembered where my heart ls and jumped back into Lotus ownership.

I bought my first Elise (S2 Touring) 10yrs ago, kept it for 18months before moving to the States. Then bought another K Series S2 (Racetech) kept it for three and a half years before I then sold that to buy an Audi S2. After someone decided they wanted that Elise but didn’t want to pay, I ended up replacing it with a Z4M Coupe. But I;ve now come to my senses

On Friday I went and picked up my new Exige (well new to me ) It started life in 2006 as an NA. The same guy has owned it from new and throughout that time it looks as though no expense has been spared (the book of invoices is huge!) Most notable is the Hangar 111 Komotec Supercharger conversion. In addition it has had a baffled sump, sports CAT, Komotec exhaust, Nitrons and some lovely forged alloy wheels. The interior has the all important aircon, probax seats and something I really wanted, manual windows  Needless to say with just one owner and only 24k miles its in great condition.

Anyway I’m loving it. I wasn’t sure how it would compare to my old Audi Elise, but so far so good! The weather hasn’t exactly been ideal for taking it to its limit, having said that it is more than obvious that I am going to be more than impressed when the roads finally dry out

Right I’ll stop waffling and post up a few pictures:
