I’m sure many have seen this but in case you’ve missed it, check this out.

The way that Mark gathers up a 6th gear 150mph moment on a residential street is stunning. Almost equally remarkable is his passenger who does not even flinch - I don’t think he realises that he’s just stared death in the face and Mr Higgins amazing catch saved his life.
Showing off to the camera nearly cost him his life !!
A more skilled driver wouldn’t have got into it in the first place ???

??? Don’t think he was showing off looks like a genuine ‘moment’
As for skill I think being a 3 times british rally champion probably qualifies

I suppose Vettel’s off in practice 1 was down to lack of skill
Still believe the most skilled drivers are the rally boys and girls (keeping it pc)
Change of under crackers required me thinks!
I’ve got the video of the original record set by Tony Pond in a standard Rover 827 Vitesse - stunning, brushing the wing mirror down a flint wall at 120mph!
Only said it to liven up the “quiet” forum
I’ve got the weekend off …
Ps.giving commentary whilst competing tho is asking for trouble … sods law will usually kick in !

Job done !!!
who listened to the McGuiness interview
There’s absolutely no doubting Mark’s talent however that was one lucky recovery. It could very easily have ended differently.
Funny reading some of the scooby chav comments on YouTube I hope they weren’t written by Sean
Me! Absolutely hilarious, I’ve heard of riders having ‘helmet’ trouble before but…

have a look at the in car footage, the passenger must be lobotomised. Although all is clear once you hear his accent.

That somehow looks a bit fake, can’t quite put my finger on why though

i was watching when it happened, so can vouch for it. I think its the HD camera (weird outlining effect with fast images) and the lighting. Try this one -

Judging from what happens with the camera the cameraman did a runner thinking he was going to be collected up in the accident

Wow, I did a rally day with him in Wales two years ago. His family run a rally team and also a training school. He is very impressive.
Cheers
