ok guys, your either gonna love this car or hate it. The exige is my everyday weapon of choice but this beauty will be my weekend strip weapon Shes a 2005 saleen S281 mustang (with a manual tranny!) the full spec is on www.saleen.com I have already ordered a shedload of tuning parts and body mods to increase the power and looks. The engine will be uprated to 360hp n/a before adding the twin screw supercharger to take her to well over 450hp

Admin5, great to hear you have one on order, they are truly awesome looking cars. Apparently the S/C 5.4 is still plenty tuneable at 450hp too!! Are you registered on mustangforums.com? If not, get on there soon , lots of useful info and parts. 'mon the hillbillys!!!

i would never get a left hooker converted. If its a yank, its gotta be driven on the left, it just takes the fun out of owning one to change it.

Overtaking manouvres are more tricky, toll booths are problematic, insurance is higher… and that’s your idea of fun ?

Having owned a handful of left hookers before, I’m keen to get my 'stang in RHD !

Still each to their own I suppose.

I guess… but if you personally import the car and pay to get it converted to RHD, it’ll probably cost the same as buying a LHD from a UK company.

Horses for courses I guess… but I’d gladly pay it.

the guy i got it from had already paid the import costs etc. It cost me 37k all in. Im used to driving left hookers, i have a cadillac escalade, a c6 corvette and 2 yank classics a 58 buick ltd and 59 galaxy convertible so im used to driving that side. I can see the benefits of having a right hooker conversion, its just not for me. What colour have you ordered admin 5?
