The following seem to be happy with 190 BHP + sports exhaust + cat bypass:Cadwell ParkHethel (!)

Spa and Brands didn’t mind cat replacement pipe & standard exhaust.

Goodwood only go if you have a standard can and cat fitted Very strongly enforced 98 db at1.0m @ 45* and drive by 94db.The locals have a link to god via a decibelomiter and hate everything petrol

Elvington - is OK with 190, cat replacement pipe and motorsport exhaust

Anglesey is ok with anything
