I can vouch for these as I have had a set fitted to my S1 for quite a while

From memory the fitting instructions suggest that the front remote reservoirs are mounted on the lower wishbones. By swapping the left and right fronts over (to aid routing the hose) they can be mounted under the front cover, so out of the way of road grime, etc.

I’ve sold a number of sets of these to S1 exige owners over the years, no complaints.

fronts are nicer if they get mounted to the windscreen surround, rears mount to each side of the boot moulding. both are then behind the arch liners for protection against the elements.

I’ve just purchased a set of these off of Gav.

Now the car has been retired from circuit duties I want to dial it back more towards a nicer road setup,…plus I’ve owned it 15years so felt I needed to carry on the tradition of throwing money at it

My fronts need moving this winter but my rear canisters fit nicely onto the stays. Another top Gav purchase

Sold.

Cheers all.

To those that have fitted these… is there a way to route the reservoir hose inside the car (front access/rear boot) without having to cut the wheel arch liners?

I didn’t both finding a way for the fronts as I didn’t want to add the extra holes but the rears will tuck inside the liner nicely and cable tie to the stays.

Collected today, couldn’t be happier…

Cheers Gav!

Jonny, there are some rubber mounts you can get to hold them to the rear stays/wishbones. Will save them rubbing against each other and removing the paint/anodising.

You’re very welcome Kev.

The rubber blocks are used commonly to mount remotes on motorbike frames (tubular). The Ohlins part number is: 00230-03. If you Google “Ohlins rubber mounting block” there are also others as the part is pretty generic to different manufacturers’ reservoirs, eg. WP, etc.

Already on fella’s.

I thought too long about these and missed them, ho hum…
