Bloody useless coverage on Eurosport. They had a sports news program on at 8.15 which showed the results of the race at around 8:30. Why show the results BEFORE the race??? Then the actual race coverage started at 8:45 although the listings showed a start time of 8:15 I recorded the show using Sky + so I only got half of the race. When the guy was reading out the grid positions he actually missed out the last row, which had the Exige in it. Then the commentator couldn’t remember the name of the lead car. “The Masera…Ferrar…Lamb…Aston Martin!” Grrr.
It was classified 14th though, & about 14 laps down on the winner. But ahead of some Ferrari’s etc…
But only the ones that didn’t finish. A disappointing performance, but at least it fininshed. Here’s hoping it’s more competitive against the Super GTs next year.

They’re awful at that. I gave up recording the late night rally coverage, catching the early morning re-run instead, as then at least I get to see some rallying! V.poor.

It’s not our fault!! They change the schedule and don’t tell us They provide the schedule which drives the EPG, Sky+ only understands what’s in the EPG.
It’s very annoying, as other channels are very good at using your service to update their schedules, Eurosport just doesn’t appear to bother/care. Makes them seem very amateur.
I recorded it on one of those old fashioned ‘video machines’ and struggled to notice it even with the freeze frame! Literally only caught maybe a half second glimpse of it on one of the early laps.
Hugely disappointed at even how little mention it got especially considering it was it’s international GT debut.
