Intrigued by the Lotus appearance in Formula V8 3.5 ( the former Renault World Series) run by Charouz Racing Services from Czech Republic
The team is entered as Lotus, cars carry Lotus logos and are in JPS colours. Lotus are listed as team partners on the website but just wondering if anyone know the extent of Lotus’ involvement, financial or other wise.
Is this the last remnant of the Danny Behar motorpsort era?
My query arose after reading on Autosport.com: “Rene Binder claimed his first Formula V8 3.5 pole, leading a Lotus one-two from Pietro Fittipaldi in qualifying for race one at Austin.”
