Is anyone going? and has anyone been before thinking of heading down for a weekend camping, but not sure what to expect.
Yep been before, and will be there this year from Thursday evening (for the LoT track evening).
Usually a good laugh if you know a group of people going, and there is also usually plenty to look at / watch.
Yep will be there racing in the Lotus Cup UK abley supported by JS Racing
We camped there last year with SELOC and boy it was freezing!
Great event and not every day you see 4 Lotus 72s in formation on track at the same time - worth the chattering teeth.
The SELOC team organised a great event with bouncy castles for the kids, marquee and live music for the adults.

Am i right in presuming there are no beer tents, i.e. you just bring your own beer as facilities ar eminimal.

IIRC there is a bar but most took their own bottles & cans
