Lotus AP 4 pots on S1 alu front uprights

The original 2 pots have 2/3mm overhang on the brake pads in regards of the disc. Not something I like.

Did anyone fit the Lotus AP calipers on the s1 alu uprights? I have 308 mm discs / 16" wheel etc.
Did it fit? No adjustments needed?
The pistons are not larger then the 2 pots so other brake master cylinder should not be needed?
This means also the balance should not be changing to much.

( AP 290 rear, going to be turnend down to 282mm, with Pagid 14 and 308mm front with pagid 42 , altough they come delivered with Ferodo 2500, maybe I use these until they are worn instead of throwing money away )

i believe i have the bells to suit this application if you need some?

Thanks for the offer, much appreciated. However I have some 308’s already mounted, brand new. Just not happy with the 2 pot fitment/spacing.

The 308’s were designed for a longer, thinner pad. They have a 190somthing pcd.

You’d be better off with a 304 which has a 177pcd giving more depth to the disc face albeit being slightly smaller overall.

I can also offer those brake calipers and offer to change the pad material (for a slight cost increase)

Just to create some history.

The Lotus BBK kit fit perfectly on the Lotus Elise/Exige S1 alu hubs. No adapters or anything needed, direct bolt on. I only had to create custom spacers as the spacers I offered earlier are to high.
Standard Brake Master Cylinder, no extra pedal travel. Will take some photo’s today
