LOTUS 23

Anybody on here have anything to do with this model…Ineed some info.

What do you want to know Clive? I know a reasonable amount but try HLR, see HERE

They have registrars for each historic type and have many experts on call.

Won the lottery (again!), mate?

Fantastic motas, but 75K plus now I think.

Does my Exige S2 Type 23 Count ?

Bit Lardy!!!1

Well the average S1 Driver weighs a few stone more than the S2 Driver, so it all evens out

Everytime I see it, such a good looking mota !

Thanks, but i think every exige s1 or s2 are works of art.

I Still havent seen a colour combiation i wouldnt have yet.

Still no sign of any other type 23 colours on a s2 in the uk yet, seen the odd s1 with them.

I have a couple of historic books covering the 23, I m no expert but happy to try and extract details if helpful…

Had no idea what your where talking about so I goggled this:

Yes Rene thats it…is there one for sale where you are???

You wouldn’t buy a Chinese copy would you!

I probablly have more chance of getting you a copied one

Have you tied Paul Matty, I think he used to hill climb one.

Just found out the value of these cars… :astonished:…I am 20 years too late…ah well back to dreaming

There’s always replicas to consider? I recall when EVO built a Westfield XI which I thought looked stunning…

Trouble is Ben, Mr Bean wants to race it, so the “right papers” will be needed.

Ah OK Rob. I had a quick google and there’s a few beautiful 23’s out there but mostly no price, so assume $$$.

Given the recent prices asked for 47’s and 26R’s a genuine 23 will be north of 150K i recon

That looks about right.…Makes the Exige S1 look really good value…Anyway I am convincing myself that Track Days are the best track value there is…

See you all next week…yipeeeeeeeee
