Car sounds great. Lol I’m saving my new 888’s until N’burg next year with BaT…followed by Spa (you better be coming :wink:).

Wes mate soon as it’s in we’ll meet up and you can have a whizz. JSR are also having the Ohlins revalved and resprung (I’ll need to clarify spring rates), machining the steering arms and going lower.

Next year Piper cams :smiley:

Ha, ha, yeah there’s still plenty of room for improvement on most corners.

With the Toyota I find myself in no mans land. If you can’t keep it on the 2nd cam by the time you exit the corner then you have poor accel on the next straight. The torque totally drops off.

Thanks to the geo improvements I found a lot more speed in the hairpin and lodge. I could come off the brakes far earlier and keep the speed.

I totally enjoyed the day, especially the variable conditions which make you think more. I was definitely running in a higher gear after lunch in the heavy rain, that’s when you don’t want to bring in the 2nd cam!

  2. More carbon than the organiser

It’s beginning to look like that - so much for a ‘best exige’ that Lotus has ever built !!!

  1. Full geo - front was higher than the back !!!
  2. All fluids changed - brakes, gear, oil
  3. TRD box & filter
  4. New ARB - on it’s way soon
  5. New exhaust - maybe
  6. New dampers - sorry Mr P
  7. Curved vane discs - when the old drilled ones are dead

if it is like normal the BaT days for Spa will be the Monday and Tuesday after the Spa 24hr weekend, that will make it the 1st and 2nd August, not sure I can do it yet, or if I will be aloud on the years trip based on the questions to be answered.
