Hi Guys,
I am looking to sell my S1 Exige and obviously private is best. Just need some advise re how much to put her up for.
She is 51 Plate 2001 (190) model (one of the last) in seriously good condition. C service just done, new front disks / pads, new A048 rears, 18000 miles, 4 point harness, full Lotus service history, no aftermarket gear so in origional condition, new MOT.
Just trying to get an idea and would appreciate any thoughts.

When looking for my car I found the real prices ranged from 15K for a rough car suitable for track days only to under 18K for a low milage vg cond S1 190 example. For about 20K you can buy an S2 with under 10K miles. The Lotus strategy of rapidly upgrading their offerings has caused heavy depreciation of the S2’s in particular. I think the S1’s have bottomed out now and any sensible price paid should hold good. Whilst this is all good news for buyers it is not such good news for sellers. Good luck with your sale, you may do a little better from say April on into the summer.

Thanks for the comments guys. She is silver as it goes. By the way i had a look at ‘how to put pics on this site within a post’ but it mentions that they must be already on a web site, which unfortunately i do not have. Is there any other way of uploading pics as a matter of intetest?

If it was quartz it would probably be worth about �25k
