In Club Lotus mag there is a 1967 Elan S3 FHC half finished project �8000 tel 07836609474 and a S4 needs finishing �16000 tel 01477533884. Getting expensive now these old Elans if only i had kept mine.

I’ve been looking at Matty’s website and was considering the green fhc ubtil this yellow one came along.
When I get it home (it’s in bits) - I’ll post pics of elan next to exige, just to show how mahoosive exiges are!!
When ever I drive my �lan S2 I’m amazed at the handling , and the performance is not to be sneezed at either, for a 45 year old car & when it’s parked in our High Street, people are amazed , and invariably comment , on how small it is!!! My wife says it’s like a Dinky Toy
Beautiful little cars , my old mans got a pistachio green sprint in his garage , he has a few exotics but the �lan is the first car people walk over and look at , there shooting up in price like the Europas .

Thanks Podger, yes this is top my list at the moment, I like this one, and have talked to Matty’s about it, but they’ve just increased it by a grand, so may wait a while.

Spyder cage/footwell and side protection- tick
Stromberg car with Sprint exhaust- at least it would be quiet, but the twin exhaust SE boxes sound better.
