Yup I’m gonna leave the front lights,…the stone guard too as its going to be too hard to change. The rear will be fixed though.
The inside surface of the wing end-plates are textured and not suitable for vinyl.

May i suggest something you try with it Ben, it may look better, may look worse, you wont know until you try it i suppose and you could either make it permanent by removing some of the wrap back or just revert to how it is now.
Once you have had all bottom of the clam done in white, get some black vinyl as close to body colour as you can and cover all of the white bits inside of the rear wheel arch and folow it over the edge onto the small 1" flat that is on the face of the bodywork. Follow this 1" strip down under the rear of the clam and down the other side removing all white from behind the stone gaurd.
It will look like the waist line takes a turn under the stonegaurd and pops out at the tip of the shark fin of the gaurd (the mind will fill in the line).
Does that make sense? God i wish i could do p/shop at times!
If it works you just remove the wrap on the 1" flat and inside the arches all the way around.
Just like you have it here in your original sketch… 
… but that is appropriate as cop cars never speed!

Back to BOT today where they sorted out the additional wrap under the diffuser - they are a great outfit for anyone down South, highly recommended.
Not done the stoneguard stuff yet as I’m gonna mock it up before I peel off the existing vinyl.
Well happy with it now, it looks pretty mega imho
