Lightweight wheel options - wider than OE

Is the anyone sitting on a good list of lightweight wheel options for the S2 Exige?

I’d like to fit a set of Kuhmo V70A K61 compound (medium)
Front: 205/45VR16 or 225/45WR16
Rear: 235/40WR17 or 245/40WR17

So that would mean 7" front and 8.5" Rear

I have a set of the ultra light cup 260 wheels in gloss black (5 spoke). They are fitted with AO48’s which all have plenty of life left on them. I also have the original centre caps.

I have a set of Team Dynamics 1.2 wheels (Silver) in S2 sizes but with 9" wide rears.
I keep planning to do something with them but have never got round to it. Seeing this picture of them in their original home makes me think I really should, but I might sell for a reasonable offer.

Been looking at the TD 1.2, but they do seem a little bit heavier than the forged options at 7.4 and 9.5kg.
About 1.5kg of unsprung weight added to each corner.

Then again, lots of teams use them so it cannot totally wrong can it.

That will be cost.

Of course - so TD 1.2s are cost efficient but not very light weight.

Then there are the OE options like Cup 260 from Tim or Gav’s 240R. Both light weight and beautiful. That are however just 0.5" wider than the OE forged 7-spoke wheels I currently have and I wonder if 8" rears is not a bit narrow for 245/40 tyres.
7" fronts are perfect for 205s but wouldn’t 8.5" or 9" be rears be better suited for 245s? Or will they rub?

Other options
Weds Sport TC105N exist in F:16x7 ET36 4x100, R:17x8.5 ET35 and 17x9 ET38 but in 4x114.3 PCD so would need to be special order.
Volk TE37 F:16x7.5, R:17x8.5 ET33
Enkei RPF1 F:16x7 ET35, R: 17x8.5 ET30 and 17x9 ET35 but in 5x114.3 PCD so would need to be special order.

Then there are lots of new 15" and 17" options for the new Mazda Miata ND which has a 4x100 pattern, but sadly not a lot of 16"

Another option is Braid.
They can make pretty much any dimension. The forged lightweight wheels are very expensive however.

I have a set of brand newTMRs which are VERY light and are 7" Front & 8.5" rears.

They are nearly £3k a set of you can find some but I’d take £1600 for these.

Just gonna stick them in the classifieds.

So very nice.
Wouldn’t it be a shame to destroy them on track?
