Leo Wybrott talk on team Lotus

This Friday 24th September we have a guest speaker- Leo
Wybrott, who has kindly agreed to give us a talk on
his time at Team Lotus in the 1960’s. Leo was heavily involved with Team Lotus and was a friend of Jim Clark.
This is an informal light hearted talk and chat with
Leo. The talk will be held at the Bramble Hill Hotel
Nr. Bramshaw in the New Forest M27 J1 . Entry is free BUT is ticket only as numbers are limited as Leo prefers to talk to a more intimate gathering.

We are meeting at the Hotel by 7pm for drinks and Leo
will start his talk at 7-30pm.
If you are interested please contact me as numbers are limited

Leo works for Nicholson Mclaren who do my Nissan motor, nice chap.

An interesting talk, esp as in his day with Lotus F1 there were only 5 mechanics to look after 3 cars.
Think he said these days Ferarri has 93 per car.
Lovely photo of all of the mechanics from all of the teams, circa 1964 - about thirty of em!!!

Ooops!
Thank you Simon and Elaine, nice to see you both again.

Is this the same Leo Wybrott who used to work for McLaren F1?

If so I owe this man a beer.

Yes I understand it is
