on tuesday B&C drove up from Surrey to central london to pick my car up, left a shiny new fiesta in its place. Then arranged for a Lotus engineer to view my S which has been suffering from an annoying roof leak. Anyhoo Lotus have now signed off on a whole new roof - looks like the honeycomb structure itself had been compromised hence the water entry. B&C also swapped out the stage 2 no questions asked.

i was tempted to ask for a carbon fibre roof as replacement
B&C are a good and have always looked after me well. There may be cheaper folks out there, but their customer service and good relationship with the factory are worth the extra in my HO.
Should have asked for a 255 roof
i think the stat is that B&C sell more Lotus than any other dealer in the UK, which i guess means the world in that case
