Right, I believe that you can watch it though eurosport.fr , try the link below:

Or you can watch it via rtl.nl using a proxy or (if using firefox) downloading �toc� and cycling though until you get a Dutch address
I�ve been trying different ways since last week and never seem to get the same results twice, but if the above doesn�t work for anyone then drop me a PM and I�ll try and talk you though a bit.
