Le Mans 2005

Although I’m pretty new to S2 ownership, I can’t for the life of me see why anybody (who ACTUALLY owns an Exige, either S1 or S2) would want to spoil their beautiful car by ruining its unique character/lines & presence by messing about with the roof

If you want open top motoring, & I can fully understand that, then buy a soft top in the first place, & not a car that is so obviously designed/styled with an integral hardtop. Total sacrilege to take the roof off, & seems so out of keeping with what “Exigeness” is all about.

Only my personal opinion of course

PS I’ll be around Le Mans from Thursday next week, so I’ll keep my eyes peeled for you all

I’ve been offered the use of a jumbo Winnebago style vehicle (separate shower, bath… plasma… the lot) for that weekend, but I don’t suppose there’s any ferry space or places to park it now…

Please form an orderly que for the stones!
