how do they compare with 888s?
They are going to be much of a muchness i would have thought Ade. I have personally never used them.
The tread wear index is 50 so slighty softer than the 48 (they are 60).
They have got to be a bargain for new stickies for 400 delivered, no?
I have some ‘all but new’ y spoke exige wheels + centre caps with the tyres fitted for 800 delivered to your door.
I need to count my pennies and get back to you, not interested in the y spoke wheels as I don’t ever want to add weight to my car
What about the carbon wrap(s)? C’mon now, own up
No carbon wrap on my car, it is all the real deal
Clearly the weight saving makes no difference to my speed on track as I have already reached my corner speed comfort zone, it is just there to look good
In my view the Kumhos compare favourably to 48’s and 888’s. I ran the medium compounds (K60) and found them far superior in the damp and equally good in the dry.
I’ve just bought a soft set of V70 (K21) for competition.
I agree with Wes. They are an excellent tyre in Medium compound.
Softs won’t last long at all.
