First impressions were very good - should have RR results next week, there was a small whistle which Greg found out to be a cracked injector O ring which he replaced & then said it feels twice as powerful now!! FFS I can’t wait to get it back again!
Nitrons are being fitted next week & then geo, it will be going to MIRA on 14th for wind tunnel testing (Simon/Reverie broke his leg so MIRA had to be delayed) Colin Hoad (CAT training) at Milbrook & Andy Walsh will be taking the car out too to get some setup done & then EVO will be doping an article on the car followed by Autocar - apparently it’s already in Track & Race car but I can’t find a copy anywhere!
I’ll post any results up as & when they arrive

What made you choose this particular kit, over say the Weltmeister or Bemani???
Thinking of taking the plunge myself so would be interested to hear your thoughts.

Both the Weltmeister & Bemani kits are very good & I had trouble deciding - in the end it came down to two things:
I’m not too keen on Turbo’s & prefer the S/C, the Benani is virtyally the same kit as the Komotec but the S/C is much quieter with the later. Greg @ Hangar 111 did a deal with Komotec & decided to become to UK agents for them so it made sense for me to let them do the work.
The install is extremely neat & looks very professional with no issues (other than two cracked injecter O rings).
As said I have nbothing against either the Focrefed or the Bemani & although personally I’m not a fan of Turbo’s plenty of people rave about them & there are loads of Audi conversions so …
I’ll post up some more data as I get it
