Mate of mine ended up in hospital too, they’re saying he had a waking fit and DVLA revoked his license for a year
Dad rushed into hospital having a stroke at 11 am …
11:30 doctors summoned all close family who could get there within 20 minutes to rush in…
12:00 doctors break news to us in the relatives room that there,s no hope as all his organs were shutting down as it’s a brain stem stroke of the worse kind.
12:05 door knocks and another doctor pronounces that his body has responded to the clotbuster drug and he,s alive …

Now he,s making astounding progress which the doctors are extremely surprised with…
… A big sigh of relief

Crickey hope your Dad recovers well, had plenty of scares with my Dad over the past few years, he is now in good health as the modern drugs and our fantastic NHS system have worked for him.

So far the recovery is going well thankfully,a very long way to go still.
He beat bladder cancer 5 years ago and then pancreatitis 2 years ago.
He,s a real brave fighter and has lots of family support on his side.
